We offer exchanges for different sizes where stock is available. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund following our standard returns process.

- We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and return it using the provided information.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
